BODYnSOUL is located in the village of Bajardo, in the hills above Sanremo on the Italian Riviera (making it easily accessible from Nice International Airport).
It represents the vision and determination of one man, Arrigo Speziali, who has spent nearly fifty years restoring, renovating and bringing new life to the village.
The BODYnSOUL houses are on ‘La Rocca di Bajardo’, close to both the old ruined church and the village’s cultural centre, ‘Il Castello’.
At nearly one thousand metres above sea level, ‘La Rocca’ is the highest and most ancient part of the village – a place once held sacred by the Druids.
